This short film provides a look at the state of skateboarding in Cape Town between 1978 and ’80, featuring a couple skate parks that were around only during that 2 year period, before being broken down to make space for car parks. Shot by Gary Cooper, who at 58 years old still surfs daily at home in J-Bay, and makes his own boards (along with his brother, under the ‘delve’ moniker). For more, check out their blog at http://delvenation.tumblr.com/
