When Derek Hynd isn’t sliding around on waves with his finless contraptions, he’s sometimes found eating rice pudding.

In this episode of Health Nuts, Derek shows us how to make one of his favorite dishes. With a little honey, banana, raisins, and cinnamon, you can kick up your rice for an afternoon snack or share with friends at your next party.

INGREDIENTS:

  • White or Brown Rice (alter rice to water ratio for brown rice)
  • Milk
  • Cream
  • Bananas
  • Honey
  • Raisins
  • Cinnamon 

Cook rice until tender. Add milk and cream. Stir in raisins and chopped bananas. Finally, add honey and cinnamon to taste.
